️Consent & Consultation Forms
All clients are required to complete the Consent and Consultation Form before their appointment. This form will be sent in your appointment confirmation email.
Late Policy
A 15 minute grace period is allowed to ensure we stay on schedule for you and our other guests. If you arrive 16 minutes late or more, your appointment will be canceled.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
A 24-hour notice is required for all reschedules and cancellations. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your full balance will be charged to the card on file—no exceptions.
️By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that all payments (including deposits, full payments, and gratuities) are non-refundable. Pure Beauté does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances.
We kindly ask that you book the correct service to ensure a smooth experience. If you are unsure whether to book a fill-in or full set, please text us at 803-825-1800 with a clear photo. If you book a fill-in but arrive needing a full set, you will be charged the full set price. This is for lashes or nail appointments.
Deposit Information
40% of service is due upfront via square in order to book an appointment. Remaining balance is due at the appointment via Square reader or exact cash! (The card on file can be used).
Please note that ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE & NON-NEGOTIABLE!

VIP Appointments
If you would like an appointment outside of my business hours please inquire by texting my business line (803) 825-1800 to see if I can accommodate you. A $25 VIP fee will apply!
